783: Get Your Feet Wet Easily

I’ve been amazed with all those pictures of airport and scenery in soaking wet.
I found it actually quite easy to create the effect.

Just choose a rainy, stormy or snowy weather theme, and let it rain or let it snow for about 5 to 10 seconds.  The ground will look wet when you switch back to a fine day.

However, the ground will dry up in half a minute.  So be quick if you want to get your feet wet.
