Here’s the Manifold Pressure / Fuel Flow Gauge for the Centurion T210. It is the sixth gauge I’ve created for the T210 and it’s probably the last one specific for the aircraft.
Actually it’s been done quite awhile ago. But I’ve been looking for solutions to make the fuelflow gauge to rotate in a nonlinear (nonproportional) anitclockwise manner possible on the FIP as shown in the aircraft.
Unfortunately, after numerous attempts and helps from friends on the FSDeveloper forum, it seems that Saitek’s FIP doesn’t support nonlinear anticlockwise rotation.
Already sent a note to Saitek for help. They did responded quickly but no follow-up action for more than 3 weeks now — not even a reply to the two subsequent emails I sent. (Edit: just got a reply and let’s see how it goes.)
Anyway, this one is fully functional. Any subscriber of this blog who is interested to get a copy of it could send me a request via the COMMENTS section below for the download link.
Others who aren’t subscribers yet could enter their emails and press the [Click Me to Subscribe] button on the right hand column to become a subscriber first. Otherwise, requests will be ignored.
Edit: This instrument is no more available.
Hi Tom,
Could I have a copy of your C210 gauge –

Hello Tom, I am amazed by the quality of your work, I would like to use your gauge! I am also looking for a Manifold pressure only gauge, but have been unable to find one (If anybody has a recommendation …:-)).

Hi Tom, please can you send me the links for the T210 gauges ? I’ve still not gotten around to doing any FIP custom myself – will get there though.

Just sent to your mailbox. Have fun with it. BTW, thanks for the suggestion on the USB analyser, it might be a solution for good.

I’m a pilot and need your manifold pressure gauge for practicing IFR procedures. Very nice, I wish Saitek’s gauges were as nice as your gauges. The FIP is a nice product, too bad Saitek is not doing more with it.
I’d like to make a stand-alone manifold pressure gauge. If I can figure it out, I will upload it when I’m done if you are interested. BTW – How do you determine out the correct name to use in the ROTATE section of the Gauge.xml file to pull the correct indicator value from FSX? Is there a table somewhere?

hello Tm,
Thank you again for thsi work.
unfortunately I can not use these pretty gauges, and I get a black screen.
Despite a typical installation of Windows:
copy all gauges in the directory:
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Saitek \ DirectOutput
Is there a specific installation procedure to follow?
My OS:Windows 7 64 & Prepar3D for sim

I don’t have Prepar3D. But if you could use the default gauges from Saitek, mine should work as well.
There are information about gauges in my Post 28 and 29. Also,
You have to put the image files under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Saitek\DirectOutput\Gauges\1024
The gauge’s xml files under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Saitek\DirectOutput\Gauges
And then modify the content of SaiFlightSimX.xml accordingly under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Saitek\DirectOutput

Hello Tom.
Great work with Saitek FIP’s and other FSX tips.
I’ve tried to code FIP gauges myself (basic six with no advanced features) for my home cockpit (6 FIP’s), so I’m aware of hard work you have put into your’s.
I’ll be more than happy to test your gauges in my cockpit, if you could send me a copy.
Regards. Jaroslaw.

Hi Tom. Great updates to the gauge set you created in 2011. Can I get all of your new T210 gauges please (AirSpeed, Altimeter, Attitude, RPM, Manifold /Fuel and Vertical Speed). In fact any new gauges since 2011 as that was the last time I got a set from you. I have 12 FIPs running and would be keen on any NAV gauges you may have or plan to have. I have adapted other gauges, but nothing to the quality level of yours. Thanks

Thank you, Ray. Combining RPM with Manifold Pressure? Hm…I’ll think about it. Actually, I am working on integrating more gauge elements to the current gauge sets. Should you have other combination suggestions, let me know. Tom
